WHAT ARE EXOSOMES?
Exosomes are nano-sized vesicles secreted by mesenchymal stem cells, containing proteins, DNA, and RNA that can activate and regulate various types of recipient cells. Therefore, they possess anti-inflammatory, anti-cell death, tissue repair-promoting, and neuroprotective effects to benefit our body.
HOW DO EXOSOMES RESOLVE EYES PROBLEMS?
The eyes are an extension of the brain's visual system, and due to the multi-layered cellular barriers in their structure, addressing eye issues can be challenging. Increasing scientific research indicates that exosomes can more easily traverse cellular barriers and improve various eye conditions, including dry eyes, glaucoma, autoimmune uveitis, macular degeneration, and diabetic retinopathy.
